Technical Content
The electrode slurry of graphene/active materials is fabricated firstly by multi-dispersion process and then is coated onto the current collector to fabricate laminate. Then, slitting and rolling process are conducted to assemble the cells. After electrolyte injection and sealing, the final supercapacitor is obtained.
Advantages
The excellent electrical and thermal conductivity of graphene reduce the internal resistivity and heat accumulation effect of supercapacitor during large current work process. The power ability and cycle life performance hence improves greatly. Meanwhile, the application field also extends due to its flexible internal structure design.

Preliminary Application
The cylinder 100F supercapacitor has been demonstrated in electrical toys, solar energy road lamp and electrical bicycles, and the laminated 600F powerful supercapacitor has been used in electrical tourism bus.
Economic Evaluation
Based on the international investigation data, the global market size of supercapacitor was 2.0 billion US dollar in 2017 and it is expected to 3.5 billion in 2020. The industrial demonstration line in this project can produce 1 million sets of supercapacitor with the capacitance of 3000F per year. The total investment is about 0.3 billion RMB. Since the price is 0.05 RMB/F, the total production value is 0.15 billion RMB. The investment can be recovered within 2 years.
